Palm Beach Wake Boats › Wake Boat Service — All Brands
Boynton · Lantana · Delray · Jupiter · Keys to Stuart

Malibu, Nautique & Moomba owners: your dealer left town. Your service didn't have to.

When Tommy's Boats closed in 2024, every Malibu and Axis owner from Miami to Stuart lost their dealer overnight — and Nautique's Pompano store is gone too. But your boat still needs its 100-hour service, its ballast pumps checked, its surf system dialed in. Our partner's factory-trained inboard shop in Boynton Beach services every wake brand — and will come to your dock.

  • No dealer left in Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade? We service Malibu, Nautique, Moomba, Axis, Centurion, Supra & MasterCraft — all of them.
  • Factory-trained inboard techs on Ilmor, Indmar, PCM & Crusader power — the same people who'd be behind a dealer service counter.
  • Dockside service from the Keys to Stuart — we come to your slip, lift or driveway. In-house canvas & upholstery too.

You're not imagining it — the dealers really are gone

For years, if your Malibu, Axis, Nautique or Moomba needed real service, you drove it to a factory dealer. Then the map went blank. If you've been putting off your 100-hour service because there's nowhere obvious to take the boat, that's not on you — it's on a market that lost its dealers and never replaced them.

Here's what most owners don't realize: the service department never went anywhere. The same factory-trained inboard techs who serviced these boats are still here in Boynton Beach — and they'll work on your boat whether you bought it here or not.

Malibu is the best-selling wake brand in America — and as of 2026 it has zero authorized dealers in Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade. That's a lot of orphaned boats. Yours doesn't have to be one of them.
Malibu & Axis — no tri-county dealerSince Tommy's Boats' 2024 bankruptcy, there is no authorized Malibu or Axis dealer anywhere in Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade.
Nautique — Pompano store closedThe nearest Nautique storefront is now roughly 60 miles south in Miami. A long tow for an oil change.
Moomba, Supra, Centurion — same storyMost inboard wake brands have no local dealer service point between Miami and Orlando.
The shop is still hereOur Boynton Beach partner services all of these brands in-house — and comes to your dock from the Keys to Stuart.

Everything your boat needs, under one roof

A full dealer-grade inboard service department — factory-trained on the engines that power wake boats, and equipped for the systems that make them surf.

100-hour & annual service

Oil, impellers, plugs, fluids, drive-line — done by techs certified on Ilmor, Indmar, PCM and Crusader power. Year-round Florida hours add up fast.

Ballast & surf-system service

Ballast pumps, bags, plumbing, aerators, surf tabs and Surf Gate-style systems diagnosed and rebuilt — so the wave comes back the way the factory intended.

Saltwater & corrosion packages

Riding the Intracoastal or Lake Worth Lagoon? Anodes, flush systems, corrosion protection and detailing built for boats that live in salt.

Canvas & upholstery in-house

Covers, biminis, tower canvas, enclosures and interiors — one of the only dealer-grade canvas & upholstery shops in Palm Beach County.

Gelcoat & fiberglass

Dock rash, stress cracks, blisters and color-matched gelcoat repair to keep your hull looking (and holding value) like new.

Dockside & mobile service

Can't trailer it? Factory-trained dockside service runs from the Keys to Stuart — we come to your slip, lift or driveway.

Know exactly who's touching your six-figure boat

When the dealers disappeared, a wave of "mobile marine mechanic" ads rushed in to fill the gap. Not all of them are accountable — many are a burner phone number with no shop, no address, and no reviews to show. On a $120,000 wake boat, that's not a risk worth taking to save a few dollars on a service call.

We do it the opposite way — out loud and on the record:

  • We publish our reviews — a 4.8-star record built over 20+ years, not hidden behind a burner number.
  • We publish our certifications — factory training on the engines and systems in your boat.
  • We publish our address — a real Boynton Beach shop you can walk into.
  • You get the estimate first — nothing gets turned on your boat until you've approved the work and the number.

Why owners choose a shop over a stranger

A wake boat isn't a jon boat — the drivetrain, ballast plumbing and surf electronics are specialized, and a wrong guess is expensive. A factory-trained shop with a real service history, real reviews, and a real address is the cheapest insurance you can buy on a boat this valuable. The bargain "guy with a truck" almost never is.

Wake boat service FAQ

Will you service my boat even though I didn't buy it from you?+

Absolutely. Whether you bought your Malibu, Nautique, Moomba, Axis, Centurion, Supra or MasterCraft here, from a dealer that has since closed, or private-party — you're welcome. Most of the boats we service now belong to owners whose dealer left the area.

Are your techs actually trained on my brand?+

Yes. Our service partner's inboard technicians are factory-trained on the engines that power wake boats — Ilmor, Indmar, PCM and Crusader — and on ballast and surf systems across brands. It's a full dealer-grade service department, not a general marine handyman.

Do you really come to the dock?+

Dockside and mobile service runs from the Keys to Stuart, covering all of Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. Give us your zip on the form and we'll confirm scheduling and any mobile-call details. Bigger jobs (gelcoat, canvas, major engine work) are usually done at the Boynton Beach shop.

How much does service cost?+

It depends on the boat, the hours and what it needs — but you always get an honest estimate and your approval before any work begins. No surprise invoices, no work you didn't sign off on.

Who actually does the work?+

Palm Beach Wake Boats is an independent local marketing site. The service itself is performed by our authorized service partner's licensed shop in Boynton Beach — a family-owned business with a 4.8-star reputation built over 20+ years. We connect you; they do the wrenching.
